The leasing process is as follows:

Each applicant must submit either a parental guarantor form (students ONLY) OR proof of income. If you are a student and choose to use a parental guarantor form, please make sure to list the Name & e-mail of the person you are using as a guarantor on your application. If you are not a student and use proof of income, an applicant's combined gross income must be at least three (3) times their portion of the monthly rent amount. Applicants must attach at least the past three (3) months of pay stubs/bank statements to show proof of income, or an offer letter from their new employer.

Please be prepared to pay the $60 application fee as outlined in the property listing. Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.

**The rental application can be transferred to any property. You do NOT have to re-apply if you are interested in multiple properties.**
